AFC’s decision not to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive its right to enforce that provision or another provision in the future.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the website, constitute the agreement between you and AFC regarding use of the public website.

A separate written engagement or services agreement will control if it conflicts with these Terms regarding services provided to a client.
